We will discuss the science and types of fermentation, fermenting vs. pickling and canning, history of fermented foods, and safety/cleanliness. You will get to participate as we demo a different fermented food each week and even get to bring home your very own ferments! Please bring your own 8 to 16 oz jar with lid.
