Do you allow returns or refunds? 

All sales are final and we cannot provide returns or refunds. 

My product arrived damaged, help! 

Not to worry, we will send a new one! Please reach out to hello@culturehouse.cc and we will work out any issues you may have.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 within the US. Free Shipping is available for orders $50 and over. Please contact us if you wish to ship outside of the US.

How do I do local pickup?

If you live in the Boston area, you can pick up your order from CultureHouse HQ, located at 16 Union Square Somerville, MA 02143. We will email you when your order is ready. You can pick up between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If those times do not work for you, we can work to find one that does!
